Authors and artists from throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains region will present their creative works at the annual Mountain Spirits Festival, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Oct. 4 in downtown Rocky Mount.

 

An array of local and regional authors and artists will display and sell their books, paintings and other artistry in celebration of the area’s Appalachian culture and heritage. The event also will feature local musicians, storytelling, children's activities and more.

This event is coordinated by local authors, artists and enthusiasts, in conjunction with the Franklin County Office of Economic Development.

The fun, open atmosphere offers businesses/organizations like yours a chance to creatively market and promote your products and/or services, engage with consumers, generate leads, make sales and build a positive community image throughout Franklin County. The Mountain Spirits Festival Sponsorship Program offers tax-deductible options to support the event while promoting your business/organization. Although packages are presented, we are open to discussing other creative ideas you may have.
